#REINSTALL ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD DESKTOP SERIAL NUMBER#
I have logged out of my account and attempted to re log in and my serial number is not accepted! To add to my problems, I originally had a standalone version of Lightroom 5 which I considered may be causing a conflict.
I have researched this problem on this forum and the Adobe site and believe that I have tried everything over the past week.
I have attempted to remove the app through Windows Control panel which failed and so I downloaded and ran the CC Cleaner app. I attempted to reinstall it but it fails with error code 50. I wanted to update Lightroom to Lightroom CC from 5.71 but the Creative Cloud App failed to run. I have a CC Photography plan and am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
